The proposed 1723 Cloverfield Boulevard project is an 8-story mixed-income residential building consisting of 297 market-rate rental units and 33 deed-restricted affordable rental units. The development includes resident-serving indoor and outdoor amenities located at the ground level and rooftop, in addition to publicly accessible open space and a pedestrian pathway connecting 26th Street and Cloverfield Boulevard on the ground level. The project also proposes approximately 357 parking spaces, provided across three subterranean parking levels.
